Unfortunatelly on this stay I faced repetitive technical issues with the safe in the room which caused time loss, delayed me to my important appointments (as I had to wait for it to be fixed) and the staff did not know how to fix the problem on the first attempt so it repeated itaelf again the next day. The management did not wish to offer any compensation.

I’ve been staying in various Accor group hotels in 12 countries and this hotel is one of the best hotels anywhere that I’ve visited. The executive lounge has the best view of Istanbul but one makes this hotel special is the staff who go out of their way to make guests’ stay a special experience. The executive lounge supervisor Yunus Emre is the best in the hotel business and he does excellent job to manage the executive lounge staff and provide an exceptional service. I’ve been using the executive lounge for breakfast and happy hour and all the staff members are providing excellent service every single time. Especially, the executive lounge staff members Berker, Ali, Gulsah, Halil, Elif and Selman have incredible personalities and they go out of their way to provide excellent service to all guests. I am very impressed by the service quality of the executive lounge staff and they are the reason I keep coming back to this hotel. One issue which needs to be addressed is the menu in the happy hour at the executive lounge. I’ve been to so many Accor group hotels and the menu of the executive lounge in this hotel is the weakest and it definitely needs to be improved. I’ve been staying here on a regular basis and I could see how the menu is reduced drastically compared to previous year. I highly recommend this hotel in Istanbul and I want to thank Yunus Emre and his team to make every visit a special visit.
